Ginkgo Seeds (Ginkgo biloba)

Ginkgo biloba

Ginkgo is a long-lived deciduous tree recognized by its fan-shaped leaves and brilliant golden fall color. It tolerates heat, pollution, salt, and many urban conditions when planted in full sun and well-drained soil. Ginkgo is native to China. Seed-grown trees may be male or female and will not reproduce a named cultivar. Female trees can eventually produce strong-smelling fleshy seed coverings.

Small-batch seed lots are gathered, cleaned, processed, and packed by Josh at Base Camp North with help from a few friends in Pennsylvania.

This collection is ideal for people building a food forest, edible native landscape, wildlife garden, hedgerow, or woodland-edge planting. Each species is packaged and labeled separately.
